Purpose of the TASC Team is to provide a holistic approach to student success through collaborative efforts

Our Vision

To be the Islamic School of choice in North America weaving academic excellence with highest morals and ethics.

Our Mission

To provide our children an environment which will enable them to achieve their highest potential, founded on Islamic morals, scholastic excellence, and good citizenship.

About

Our TASC team was formed to provide student body with support in the areas of (but not limited to) successful Personal and Social Emotional Development, Tarbiyyah & Special needs.

Counseling, advising, and student support services are core functions of Texas schools. Collectively, these functions enable students to realize their potential by preparing them to set ambitious goals, define a pathway to achievement, and successfully navigate personal and academic obstacles they encounter along the way.
The Islamic School of Irving has expanded on this concept to include Tarbiyyah as a part of this team to support our students’ individual needs. Each member of this team focuses on different aspects of our students’ well-being.

The team, encourages students to seek the counselors for their needs. If you or somebody you know is needing support in any areas like social emotional well being, academic, behaviors, spirituality, overall health or any other barriers standing in the way, please feel free to reach out to any of the student support team members.
